On reading AQA examiner reports for Law 02, they only seem to confirm that candidates continue to experience the same problems that have existed for as long as tort has been examined, and which I first addressed in an article written in January 2006 (A-LEVEL LAW REVIEW, Vol. 1, No. 2).
