If you are studying contract law at A2, an understanding of the law regarding exemption clauses is essential, whichever board’s exams you are preparing for. You need to be able to describe the relevant legal principles, apply those principles to problem questions and critically evaluate them. The purpose of this two-part series of articles is to help you do this.
