There has never been a topic quite like Brexit, but you need to approach it with care if you are going to include it in your exam answers

Given that A-level exams are written 18 months in advance, the uncertainties of Brexit make it arguably unexaminable. But it’s far too big a story to ignore. Examiners like their papers to be up to date, and a date such as 29 March 2019 (when the UK leaves the EU) is irresistible.
