David McGill discusses how to use the range of material available on the internet to help you revise for your GCSE exams

The BBC has established itself as one of the leaders in providing GCSE students with effective support and its Bitesize resources are excellent. The homepage for the BBC Bitesize website (www.tinyurl.com/5658ryjr) gives you an initial option of choosing what exam board you are doing and then from there takes you into revision materials for the relevant units. From these you can also access learner guides to each unit you have covered with tests and revision summaries to help you master the material.

It really is impressive to see how much material the BBC has gathered for the different exam specifications and the materials are very user-friendly. The BBC also has some archived resources on British history at www.tinyurl.com/35kfa6yn that can be useful for GCSE students.
