Statistics are an important part of psychology, and if you study psychology at undergraduate level you will be expected to acquire a good knowledge of how and when to carry out statis-tical analysis, and a good understanding of what the results of statistical tests show us. If psychology is going to be part of your future, it’s never too early to start exploring stats online.

You might start by looking at sources of basic information about statistics. Maybe you’ve heard or read a little about stats but you’re baffled by the language. You can see a basic statistics glossary at www.tinyurl.com/k8ufe3a and a more advanced one at www.tinyurl.com/y8ac36. You may also be pleasantly surprised to know that you can take a quality online course free of charge at udacity.com: www.tinyurl.com/ky3kba3.
