This examination focus is relevant to AQA Unit 04 and OCR G153: Criminal Law.

When answering Part B problem questions (sometimes referred to as scenario questions) on the G153 Criminal Law paper, you should see the whole question as a series of smaller problem questions attached together. Therefore, it is advisable to break down the problem question into its own constituent ‘issues’ that require further discussion.
