Business studies has always inspired and interested me, and therefore it was an obvious subject for me to study at A-level, alongside geography and economics.
Having studied GCSE business studies I found that the Unit 1 exam was very much a revision of the key topics I had already studied, albeit with more challenging styles of questions. At our school the strategy was to take the Unit 1 exam in January and when I received my results in March I was really pleased with how I had performed. My target grade was a C, yet I had managed to achieve a high A grade on this unit, with 76 out of 80 UMS.
