While he enjoyed some success with his first album, he took the strategic decision to write music for other artists. It was the song that he produced and wrote for Rihanna, ‘We Found Love’, that really paved the way for him to achieve the stardom that he now enjoys in the USA. Harris is rumoured to earn $400,000 a night for DJing at the Hakkasan nightclub in Las Vegas. Rather than driving to gigs, he flies in by private jet 2–3 times a week from his $15 million home in Los Angeles.
