Aiming for excellent answers

Luke Perry shows how you can use the data provided in exam-question case studies to help you produce top-level answers

When preparing for your A-level exams, you need to think about how different questions will be assessed. The key skills of knowledge, application, analysis and evaluation will be tested, and levels of response will be used to grade longer answers as ‘limited’, ‘reasonable’ or ‘good’, with certain questions now having an extra level reserved for ‘excellent’ responses.
