BD How is being a manager different from being a player?

SP I think time is advancing very, very quickly in regard to football. For instance, sports science has made a significant contribution to the game. From a player’s point of view, you only really have to worry about yourself. But going into the field of management you have to worry about your whole football club, not just the players but the backroom staff and all the people who contribute to the success of the club. I think the exposure of managers and the pressure placed on them is quite incredible, as it is on players nowadays.
