Aidan Martin has recently published a memoir of his early life, Euphoric Recall. He grew up in the housing schemes of Livingston, Scotland. From the age of 14 he was drawn into both sex and drug addiction. He is now in his 30s, studying for a master’s degree in social work and working in mental health. He is also an activist and campaigner, fighting for change in Scotland pertaining to the drugs-death crisis and mental health issues.
