Revising with an e-mail calendar

As you approach the revision season, it is important that you take care to plan what you will be doing and when you will be doing it. One way in which you can create an easily accessed revision timetable is to use the calendar facility on your e-mail. Many of you will be familiar with Outlook as your e-mail software, so we will look at how Outlook can help you to get ready for your exams.

First you need to record the dates and times of your actual exams, as these are the key targets for your revision plans. You will undoubtedly be given this information by your teacher(s), but if you want to get a head start you can look on the website of your examining body:
