RH What does your average day look like?
JS For me every day has to be a balance between training and studying. So I get up early at around 6.45 to give myself time to have a good breakfast and make my lunch for the day. I commute an hour to training, so I am out of the door for 8 and start training around 9:30. We train until around 12, then get physio treatment if we need it.
