Creatine is a supplement that has been studied for over 80 years. It is well known in the sports community that creatine has beneficial effects on muscle growth and strength. However, only recently has it come to light that creatine may also benefit cognition and brain function, so it may have the potential to boost your grades as well as your personal bests.
