During your academic studies, you may have used various strategies to help improve your memory and understanding of what you have been taught in A-level PE.

‘Mnemonics’ is a memory tool that uses techniques to help memorise a phrase or idea via the use of patterns. A key principle behind using mnemonics is that they give meaning to something ordinary to make it memorable when you try to recall it.
